At Studio 212 Hair Salon of Waupaca, we know how special and important this day is for you and your loved ones. Our goal is to provide excellence for you and your bridal party. It is our pleasure to bring you to an exceptional experience as you embark on a new life as husband and wife.
We have compiled some suggestions and have tried to answer any questions you may have.
When you contact us for your wedding day plans we will have a package with a list of recommended services, a price menu and our policies.
Also included is our intake forms and a bridal contract. These will be filled out during your initial appointment consultation.
Hair and Make-up
Have a trial run for your hair and make-up one to two months before the date.
Remember to bring in your veil and/or any hair accessories that you may need for the wedding day.
We want you to be certain that you are wearing the style that you love and suits your desires.
Our make-up artists are trained in make-up techniques for the bride and are able to produce a look that you will love that will photograph beautifully.
Have your hair color scheduled 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Skin
For your most glowing skin consider a facial approximately a week or so before the wedding. All our facials are tailored to your specific needs.
If you find that you are having skin challenges such as acne or dull skin, consider a series of facials 3 months prior to your date.
You may book a free consultation with our aesthetician to have an accurate account of what you can expect.
Nails
The day before the wedding is a perfect time to have a manicure and a pedicure. We can accommodate two pedicures at a time.
What a perfect date for mother, daughter or bride and maid of honor. We can also accommodate 3 manicures at the same time and find that not only do the bridesmaids love to be together during this special time but also the groom and his groomsmen enjoy having manicured hands and nails.
Appointment Scheduling
To completely accommodate service requests and appointment times for your party, it is imperative that arrangements are confirmed with our bridal coordinator 60 days prior to your date.
We understand that unforeseen events can happen in the planning of any special occasion and we will make every effort to meet your needs.
However, our salon services are often booked quite far in advance and changes within 60 days may not be possible, depending on availability.
We greatly appreciate your efforts to finalize all service needs early in your planning process.
Cancellation and Payment Polices
In order to hold appointments a credit card number is necessary. We ask that you give at least 72 hour notice prior to any cancellations or a fee of 50% of each service will be charged to the credit card on file, as this is a time scheduled exclusively for you. Any missed appointments during the wedding day will be charged in full to the credit card on file.
The timing of your appointments in the salon is paramount, so to accommodate you and your party efficiently we require prompt arrival at your scheduled appointment time.
We ask that bridesmaids do not switch appointment times as they are scheduled specifically for them.
Please have your attendants that are scheduled for an up-do, shampoo their hair the night before the wedding and come to the salon with clean, completely dry hair.
If a blow dry is necessary there will be an extra $15.00 charge.
